This is an actual "conversation" with a customer in my store today who was looking for a specific CD.
Customer: "T.I. 'Urban Legend', ya got dat?"
Me: I'm sure we do, I'll show you.
Customer: "Good, I been lookin' in the 'C's' and I ain't findin' it"
*rolls eyes*
