Comments of the Day

The below are actual comments heard on my sales floor as people first reacted to the warm rush of air that hit them upon entrance to my store. Today the air conditioning stopped working and temperatures in my store ranged from 81 - 84 degrees.



"In the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Ghost it's hot in here!"



"Do you have the heat on?" (yes, we make it a habit to turn on the heat during the hot summer months when it's 90 degrees and the humidity is 100+)



"Is the AC broke?"



"Is this hell?"



Some never even made it into the store because as soon as they felt the wave of heated air hit them, they turned around and headed out.



I have this to look forward to tomorrow. Yippee!
